A newer roadway, SC 31 and Robert Grissom Parkway were created to provide ease of access to surrounding highways and cities. The City of Myrtle Beach can also be accessed via airways from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. The City of Myrtle Beach offers limited public transportation year round.
